What do TENA charge for delivery?
All product prices displayed on TENA Web Shop include VAT and delivery costs.
How will my order be delivered?
Your products will be delivered by courier. If you are not at home, they will leave a card with their contact details so you can contact them to deliver at a more convenient time. Please e-mail us on customercareza@essity.com or phone us on (031) 710 8038 / (031) 710 8005 should you have any special instructions that we need to consider.
When will my order be delivered?
Orders will normally be delivered within 3-5 working days in major cities. Delivery to outlying areas may take 2-3 days longer. We will keep you informed of when your order is dispatched.
Can I have my products delivered to any address?
If you are a registered user of this site you can set different delivery addresses. If you do not register, we are only able to deliver to the cardholder's registered address. We encourage you to become a registered user of our site so that you will be eligible for special discounts and product promotions from time to time.
